Using AT&T U.S.A. cell phone plan in Mexico

Some AT&T U.S.A. cell plans include unlimited talk, text and data use while roaming in Mexico and Canada.  (For example, AT&T's Unlimited &MoreSM Premium plan).

I'm having trouble determining, though, whether AT&T enforces a cap on usage outside the U.S.A.?  Also, whether any caps apply just to data or to talk and text as well?

I'm not quite ready yet to give up my U.S.A. phone number and switch to a Mexico cell phone plan.

Don’t bother asking at the London al AT&T office. They don’t know nuttin but they’re very nice. I’m guessing it would depend on your plan. If you’re down here I’d call your stateside office and ask them.
