Just had friends return from a vacation in Playa del Carmen. He has COPD and has been in crisis since returning. I am posting this information as a warning to anyone who has respiratory issues whether from COPD or asthma. Even if you're healthy it may not be a good idea. This started in Belize in 2014 and is moving north.
