Joco. Hosp. Advice Please
I am having ortho. surgery at the Joco. Hospital in a couple of weeks and, as this is my first hospitalization since we moved to Mexico, I am looking for advice on what to expect (with the hospitalization, not the surgery). Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

We have only used the emergency room there. It is a bit bare bones I think although they were very friendly and caring:/ Do you have family members that can stay with you most or all of the time you are there or advocate for your care? I think that would be a good idea there.

Thank you for your response - I have been to the hospital a number of times to meet with the surgeon but don't know what to expect as an inpatient. My husband will be with me, His Spanish is excellent, mine is only adequate and I hope I won't be conscious enough to make conversation
