Ladder Guy is back. Running around my neighborhood trying to get in gates or get someone to let him in. He looks scruffy and dirty today. About 30/35, wearing a faded red sweatshirt and khakis and acting desperate. Dogs next door ran him off and he harrassed two women up the street. About 20 mins ago he headed up towards Paninos. Do not engage with him, or answer your gate or door without looking first. I saw him in Chapala yesterday and he was sane and charming but today he looks crazy. Avoid. SAT
