Izzi internet problem in upper Riberas

I've had telecable/izzi service for internet/TV/phone for many years and it has always worked consistently well. But three weeks ago the internet service began cutting in and out for 3-5 minutes at a time in the afternoon and evening hours. They came and replaced my modem and that did not solve the problem. The speed seems fine but the short service interruptions that began suddenly are continuing.
