Anyone know how to make an appointment at Walmart for and Antigen Test?

I stopped by the tent and the very nice lady said no appointment necessary. She gave me the form to fill out to bring the day of the test. They are open 9-6 but last test done at 5:30. Go earlier to get the same day results. She is fluent in English.
