El Torito -- No More 3% Add-on For CC's

The signs about the 3% add-on are gone and I charged today with no additional fee.

Such add-ons are against VISA and M/C policy, someone may have reported them??

The only add-on to cc's I've noticed recently is SIMAPA's 3% earlier this month.

Why is that in Texas gasoline stations will advertise one price with their credit card and a higher price for any other form of payment?
