A little more context would be useful. Are you looking for a low toilet someone is getting rid of? Looking for advice on installation? Recommendations for toilets themselves or plumbers to do the work?

So if someone was dying in front of you would you still go thru the question routine?

Dying in front of me? What a weird response. What does that have to do with pointing out that being as clear as possible when asking a question will give others a chance to give on-point answers?
The answer to your posted question is either yes or no. Is that all the information you are looking for? If you prefer to be mysterious and give "clues" that people are somehow supposed to figure out, instead of information, have at it.

To answer the OP's question, yes, I have. Casa de Plomero have the higher ones. However, I would take a plumber with you because the distance from the wall at the back of the toilet to the drain hole comes into play. Luckily, my bathroom was being renovated and that very important detail could be circumvented. I am sure there are other places in Guadalajara (Home Depot?) but I did not have the luxury of waiting since the previous toilet was broken while attempting re-installation and, ahem, needs must with only one bathroom. As it was, I had to pee in a bucket for the whole day.
In addition... choose a toilet that has porcelain well back into the bowl drain and also a water hole from the tank at the bottom and opposite the drain in addition to the drainage holes under the rim.... all that makes for a better flush.
