Yep. We have been here since 9/1. The lake level is not as high as 2022 but much higher than the pictures I saw in June on FB. In 2022 they were dealing with the wall collapse by the CHAPALA sign on the Malecon. If they keep the dams open and it continues to rain like it has this month, I think it might come close to 2022 levels. It still has a way to go.

Yes, it still has a long way to go. I was away for 3 weeks and just went over to look at it yesterday. There was a significant rise, but it is still barely touching the bottom wall. In a good year it should be over the bottom wall by this time. It won't rise another meter to clear the wall this year. In 2018 (?) it was almost over the top wall which would take another 3 meters......
