I'm not very familiar with your area and have a meeting next week with a notario at the following address:

C. Aurelio Luis Gallardo
427, Ladrón de Guevara, Ladron De Guevara, 44600 Guadalajara, Jal.

Can someone please give the address of the nearest Intercam branch. I've had a confusing time finding it online.

Intercam Banco Guadalajara Av. Rubén Darío, No. 1109 PB, Colonia Providencia, C.P. 44630 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Tel. (33) 3648 4660 México. Lunes a Viernes 9:00 a 16:00 horas

There seems to be only one full service bank in Guadalajara (above) but we have two full service locations in Ajijic which is on Lake Chapala. They go where there is the largest foreign population (usually).

Thanks so much.  I'm returning to Barra de Navidad the same day.  Would it be better to go to Ajijic on my way back or go to the other one.

How much time driving to the one in Guadalajara? The agent is saying that it's only 5 minutes away. I want to be at the bank as soon as possible after my meeting.

I have no idea. I would stay parked at the Notario's and take a taxi to and from the bank. Just confirm that it's five minutes away. It will save you time and aggravation in terms of driving and parking plus you know your way home from the Notario.

Thanks for the advice, but my Mexican driver is from Guadalajara, and is excellent.  He just doesn't know this specific neighborhood well.  We'll use GPS or the agent will go with us.  I appreciate your kind responses.

We have it on GPS now.
