Vaping
Where can you buy vaping supplies. I don’t smoke or vape but for a visitor.

Re: Vaping
This is the website in Guadalajara that I use. https://www.nicevaping.com/en/
If I order in the morning, then go pay at Oxxo immediately, the products (vape liquid/batteries/claromisers) are here the next day. I have them shipped to iShop in San Antonio Tlayacapan. None of the local places stock vaping liquid that contains nicotine... just flavour in little tiny bottles. If you are looking for other types of vaping material, then there are a few around. I can dig for those places but would like to know before I put in the effort. fyi, I fly to Canada with all my vape stuff in my purse. No problems ever.

Re: Vaping
I have a relative coming that smokes that is having some dental work and not supposed to smoke.. the Smoke shop at Riberas/San Antonio said they had all the vaping stuff. I assume that is the nicotine.
I thought the vaping refills were little white cartridge looking things you insert in the vaper??? I knew a person that vaped and it seemed like he had those refill cartridges. He moved a long time ago.
I guess my relative can bring the vaping stuff with them.

Re: Vaping
Your relative should check with his/her DDS about vaping and dental work. It is a no-no if extractions are involved. It's not the nicotine, it's the suction in that case. Can cause dry socket. Infection from additives in vape is also a concern.
This article is from a vaping company and even they suggest you not vape too soon after dental work.

Re: Vaping
That particular smoke shop does not sell liquid with nicotine in it. NONE of the local stores do. There are so many different kinds of vaporizers and different ways that they work. The one that you described is one of many. Tell your friend to bring their own stuff. The only caveat is that any battery must be in the pressurized cabin in carry on luggage.

Re: Vaping
Vaping products are illegal in Mexico, yet they can be found all over the place. Lack of enforcement is one of Mexico's big problems.....

Why would vaping products be illegal?

Re: Vaping
Because AMLO made them illegal. He believes it encourages young people to smoke.
Here is an quote from the law:
Mexico has banned the sale of vaping devices. The legal age for purchasing and using vaping products in Mexico is 18 years old. Mexico has strict rules and regulations for using vape products. The General Law on Tobacco Control prohibits the manufacturing, sale, distribution, promotion, and exhibition of an object that imitates a tobacco product. These prohibitions are specific to nicotine-containing e-cigarettes. Mexico has also banned the use of e-cigarettes in all enclosed public spaces, including bars, restaurants, and workplaces.

Because the tobacco lobbyists are very strong... everywhere. They would rather you die using their product because, at least, they will profit from your death.

Now that's funny CBob. Too bad he doesn't do anything about pollution. I bet I breathe in more crap from car exhaust fumes sitting in Ajijic traffic than I do from a week of vaping. That pollution gets the people on the bicycle path too.

Re: Vaping
Worse than the pollution is the fecal matter dust that we all breath because of these crappy cobblestone streets and overflowing sewage.......
