Looking for a facilitator

I just bought a motorcycle from a private party and I need a facilitator to help me get it transferred and registered. I would prefer someone who speaks English as well as Spanish and is familiar with the process. It would also be nice to know what I should expect to pay for the service. Thanks in advance!
