New Key FOB?

I need to have the key FOB for my car replaced.  Where please ?????

The key shop in Chapala. Go straight thru the main intersection and it's on the right had side. I don't know the street names.

Those FOBs ain't cheap. I was quoted 3500p 3 years ago for my Nissan FOB.

I lost my fob years ago. Opted for just getting a chipped key, which wasn't very expensive. I actually prefer it to the fob, which used to cause the doors to automatically lock after about a minute. It was a real PITA when trying to unload after a big shopping trip.

Same shop... son... is in Riberas on side street at Sunrise Restaurant.  He reprogrammed a Subaru fob for me that a Subaru specialist in the States could not do. Fob was given to me as an extra with my used car purchase BUT turns out it was not for my year Forester.  "Only Subaru can do that" I was told there in Denver.... for very big dollars!  I paid  2000 pesos here including he took my fob to Guadalajara to a friend....probably another locksmith... who had an expensive machine that could 'wipe out' the old program so 'son' could then reprogram mine. Viola! Now I have a backup fob.
