Have you talked to S&S Auto to see if they could handle this for you?  I would trust them for sure.

R&R Auto Solutions gets a lot of good reviews on FB pages and may also offer this service.  

I personally wouldn't rely on YouTube for this; procedures can be different state to state (and even within a state) and rules can change at any time.

Actually, the video covered just about every possibility. I can tell you that when I sold my Nissan to Cristy Cruz' daughter a couple of years ago, all I did was sign the back of the factura with the appropriate wording and date. But, things change and it would be a good idea to do as the video recommends. Covers your ass in many more ways.
