Wal Mart warning
From TOB, for those who can't/don't read it. Apparently others have also been ripped off by the same guy.

It just hapened to me and I'm sick to my stomach. I thought something was wrong and yet I still wasn't careful enough. I was shopping in Wal-Mart and was at the veg section. All through the store I noticed a guy watching me, very smartly dressed, and I thought it was a manager or someone keeping an eye on me (you know how dishonest those gringos are). Instead of wondering why, I just kept my distance from him. When I was selecting mushrooms, a woman got very close to me and crowded me while I was picking out my veg. The man wasn't too far behind. Now I know why. Even though my purse is deep, it was unzipped and somewhere in the squeeze, they got me. They got EVERYTHING--my credit cards, my SSN (the card was in the wallet), my driver's license, and a chunk of money.
Please don't make the same mistake as me. If someone is getting too close, don't worry about being polite, MOVE and keep an eye out...and if you're a woman, zip your purse. If you're a man, keep your money where no one can reach it.
I'm cancelling everything right now, but I feel a lot less safe now.

P.S. Yes, I'll be reporting this to the Wal-Mart manager.

I will bet Walmart has security cameras that recorded the whole event. Hopefully Walmart reviews this and passes it along to the authorities. I would also recommend reporting it to the Walmart HO in Arkansaw. I'm sure they would be all over it.

Bob, just an FYI; that would be ARKANSAS pronounced AR-kin-saw.

I think Wal-Mex is a separate corporation, but anyway: I thought it was promounced Ourkinsaur. Leastwise, that's what it sounds like when my friend mentions the name of his home state.

Re: Wal Mart warning
I noticed that Walmart had a security guard patrolling in the store yesterday when I was there. There have been several other reported incidents at the San Antonio Walmart.
