New Police Vehicle in Guadalajara

I cannot say that I have seen these being used anywhere else in the world but they are certainly intriguing:

GUADALAJARA, Jalisco (25/ABR/2012.) - Police gave Guadalajara its elements of 25 mobile units known as motorized tricycles (pictured) to facilitate patrolling in the Historic Center and Chapultepec Avenue area.

The new vehicles are 80 inches wide by 1.15 meters long, have the ability to climb curbs and overcome obstacles with a height of 15 centimeters.

They can reach speeds of 50 kilometers per hour, and its size is not only suitable for walkers and runners go, you can enter through doors and even elevators."

Can't you just see them chasing a bad guy through the doors of an office building and into the elevator?

You should see some of the very high-performance motorcyles the cops are riding in Guadalajara. State Police too! Yee-ha!

And they don't need training wheels.
