I had an appointment last week with Dr. Carlos Villareal who is suggesting surgery. I would like to get a 2nd opinion so if anyone knows of a top notch GYN I would appreciate your letting me know.

IMO he is the best. However before any surgery i'd certainly recommend getting one or even more second opinions.
