Are you sure that the chicken store is Tony's and not the owner of Super Lake?
And the owner of PAZ Liquors and Hole in One is the owner of Super Lake.
Wrong. The owner of PAZ Licores is Polo's brother. Polo is the owner of SuperLake.
Is Pancho and Polo the same person?
Because I know Pancho quite well and I am pretty sure he owns Super Lake and El Hole in One. Not sure about Paz Licores.

Go to the frickin' market and make your own. ya might even have to search the I-Net for a recipe.

Pancho owns nothing, although he tells people he owns SL. His Uncle Polo owns Super Lake, PAZ Licquors and Hole in One.

I guess the grouches did not get their naps. Really there are times I don't want to make slaw neither does my wife. Either answer the question on where to buy slaw and if the op had wanted to make it they would have asked for a recipe.!!!

Yep, did not get their naps or they need to know when to cork the bottle or they didn't take their psycho med that day. Some of them have real serious problems.

Re: Cole slaw
When I want some coleslaw, I don't want much. The stuff at the Chicken store isn't bad at all. If I want to jazz it up, I throw a little vinegar on it. I know, that's a little weird.

Reminds me of a Jim Gaffigan line.
Paraphrasing: Vinegar is English ketchup. How bad does your food have to taste for vinegar to improve it? I use that stuff to wash my windows.

Hmmm, a helpful suggestion regarding the healthier option of making one's own coleslaw results in a cork the bottle and take your psycho meds. Somebody has waaaay too much time on their hands. Somebody needs to add a few more retorts to their repertoire, or somebody needs to take a break.
As to coleslaw, if you want to buy it go right ahead, personally I'd make it myself, but then we make most stuff ourselves. Meaning that we have a different perspective on the issue. Ya know it's not like suggesting that somebody builds their own computer, or designs a rocket engine.
Carry on chico in your search for the perfect vinegar laced coleslaw, may your search end happily for all concerned.

Re: Cole slaw
I was wondering why someone didn't suggest joining the preisthood before making your own slaw instead of buying it prepared.
Typical overkill
I think a four year old could figure out that someone asking where to buy cole slaw has probably already thought of the possibility of making their own and had ruled it out.
Some people, who have a comment on every issue but not the answer to the inquiry, must love their name on the board.

Perhaps Slainte it simply hadn't occurred to chico that making coleslaw isn't difficult, like many things in life, such as making coffee. Prolonging the anguish isn't really helping matters, however feel free to chime in any time.

Re: Cole slaw
I was curious about the dynamics of the web forum of which the “Cole Slaw” thread is a good example. On Wikipedia it says that, “It is not uncommon for nonsense or unsocial behavior to sprout as people lose their temper, especially if the topic is controversial.” Who knew that where to purchase cole slaw is one of those hot button issues?
“Poor understanding of differences in values of the participants is a common problem on forums.” Make your own! We make all our own food! Use the full legal name of all business establishments and post the owners´ family history!
“Because replies to a topic are often aimed at someone's point of view, discussion will usually go slightly off into several directions as people question each others' validity, sources and so on.” Pancho owns SuperLake! Does not! Does so! The Paz family runs the liquor store and you used an improper name for it!
“Circular discussion and ambiguity in replies can extend for several tens of posts of a thread eventually ending when everyone gives up or attention spans waver and a more interesting subject takes over. It is not uncommon for debate to end in ad hominem attacks.” Take your meds! You´re a drunk! Now that I have had my say everyone should just shut up about it!
I think that about covers it. In one way it is nice to know this is just a typical web discussion. On the other hand: really, people? Is this the best we can do?

ROTFLMAO! Hace you spent any time in the Octagon lately? This "discussion" has been quite civilized by comparison.

Re: Cole slaw
In three pages of discussion of cole slaw, I am a little surprised that we haven't seen Godwin's Law come into effect.
For those unfamiliar, Godwin's Law was formulated in the days of Usenet but applies equally well to internet forums. A summary below:
“As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches one.” There is a tradition in many groups that, once this occurs, that thread is over, and whoever mentioned the Nazis has automatically lost whatever argument was in progress. Godwin's Law thus practically guarantees the existence of an upper bound on thread length in those groups. However there is also a widely- recognized codicil that any intentional triggering of Godwin's Law in order to invoke its thread-ending effects will be unsuccessful."

SNORK! Ok, Mike, I'll trade ya a casserole dish full of coleslaw (your choice of dressing) for a newly built computer. Sounds like a fair trade to me. LOL.
