Nice story to share

A couple months ago when the big fire occurred over at the jewelry shop and the owner and son got burned pretty bad, a friend of mine mentioned that he had left a moderately priced ring with Daniel to sell it on consignment.
Due to the fire obviously he lost the ring, and when I asked my friend how he felt about that, he told me that Daniel told him that he would make good on it. My friend told him that the consignment sales price he had put on the ring included some profit, and that he really only had about half the amount that he had priced it on consignment in it, so Daniel should only pay him his cost (about half price).
Well, this week Daniel called my friend and told him he had the money for the ring and he wanted to come by and pay him.
My friend was shocked that Daniel was actually going to make good on the ring, and ended up telling Daniel to keep the money he needed it more than him.
Nice story on two parts, after all the loss that was incurred at the jewelry shop and personally, for Daniel to even attempt to make good on it was above and beyond. For my friend to chalk it up and share in Daniels misfortune by choice, says there are some good people still out there. I have found that there seem to be more of those good people down here than I knew up NOB, and that's nice.

I've heard many good things about Daniel.... many in the comunity came out to support him in his crisis ....

It was a very bad fire about a block or so away from my house. He has a very
good reputation and I am happy he is open again.

He repairs jewelry as well as makes it & designs it.
