Where is Dr Juan?

Tried both cell and office numbers and could not reach him. Is he on vacation? I need to see someone today, if possible. Any other recs for a good GP? Shoukld I just go to Ajijic Clinic? Thanks, Dee

If you need someone right away.....I like Dr. Leon. You can drop in there (across from the big cow on the Carretera, in central Ajijic) and just wait, but bring a good book. Better yet, call his office. His secretary speaks English.

I would hope Dr Juan wouldn't enter into these stupid politicing games...and I wouldn't Impeach his character by being sooo quick to suggest he has.... particularly with all the personal attacking going on...

From what I have heard about his level of care and service... I'd walk to Guad to see him!!

Before you jump on this, go to that website and read the first post under medical issues. I was checking that website out of curiousity the other day and was surprised to read it myself. I'm just relaying the information. I don't know the good doctor: I have no idea why he's chosen to post over there, and I wouldn't want to say anything against him since I've heard nothing but good things about him.

BTW, I don't know Pedro either. I don't like it when the personal attacks start up on any of these boards. Life is way too short for that.

I just called his cell and got no answer which is odd as he always has that thing with him. I'll keep trying.

I reached him today on his cell phone. I also dropped into his office today around 1 p.m. to pick up an order for lab tests.

I just spoke with Dr. Juan and he wants to assure everyone that he has no allegiance to anyone, group or board. His only interest is in the health of his patients. He also said he was extremely busy and would post here as soon as he could and asked if I would post this quick update.

Sounds like that "exclusivity" in Pedro's posting on his board was hope in action.
Glad it isn't so. We need a good doc "on board".

Hi every body, i was in the hospital, i have an abdominal surgery, but i´m doing fine now.
I´m in my office now, the thing is that i´m not felling at 100 %, so i´m only taking care of real emergency cases. I believe i´m going to open the office for all the patients next Monday.

We're happy to hear you are getting better Dr. Juan and we'll put off any medical problems until next week.
