Well, being the most hated woman in Mexico, she may have felt that it was too big of a risk. You know things like anesthesia gone wrong, face turns out even worse, although that is kinda hard to imagine. Geebus.

She needed to be arrested just for the bracelets in the pic. Are there no accessory police?
