David Benjamin Creamer aka Dave Creamer aka Ben Creamer

One of the fugitives most wanted by the US Marshals Service (USMS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is believed to live in Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, Ajijic and Guadalajara.

The USMS and ICE appeal to all American expats in the region to help capture this dangerous fugitive, one of the most notorious producers of child pornography and collector of illegal guns.

The USMS offers up to $25,000 USD for information leading directly to the apprehension of David Benjamin Creamer aka Dave Creamer aka Ben Creamer.

Born in 1946 in Tucson, AZ, David Benjamin Creamer was apprehended 15 years ago for the possession and production of more than 100,000 videos depicting sexual abuse of minors and bestiality. Just between 1994 and 1995, Creamer made 2.3 million dollars from these videos, which featured sexual abuse of minors between the ages of 4 and 16.

With his profits, he created a vast international network for the distribution of audiovisual child pornography.

The US captured Creamer in 1997, charging him with 23 felony counts, among them: child pornography, money laundering, tax evasion, and illegal possession of 70 firearms and 80,000 rounds of ammunition.

He escaped immediately posting a bail granted by a US Judge. It is known that he lived in Las Vegas, for a short time, already as a wanted fugitive. Mexican Immigration has a record of him entering the country, by air, at Guadalajara. To date, there are no departure records.

He was also taking Seldane, a prescription allergy medicine and Diclofenac Sodium, a prescription pain killer. According to his former pharmacist, Creamer must have the diabetes medicine to live.

Scars and Tattoos: One on face, right knee, left knee, circular discoloration on left side of ribcage, "plus sign" scar on neck --this scar area bothers him and he tends to lean forward when driving so that the scar does not rub against the head rest.

Traits and Habits: Smokes Sherman Whites (rare cigarette), carries a .38 in a shoulder holster under jump suit, has worked as a handyman, US Marshals say has a fascination with weapons.

Creamer has prior convictions for conspiracy to receive stolen property.

Has fascination with Harley Davidson motorcycles and has previously owned them.

Generally wears one-piece jumpsuits, Mexican Wedding shirts (Guayaberas).

Last Known Locations: Puerto Vallarta, Chapala, Ajijic & Guadalajara.

Other Possible Locations: Arizona, Nevada, Belize

His sister lives in Las Vegas.

Just this June, seven American pedophiles have been captured in Puerto Vallarta. All had outstanding arrest warrants in the US for child sexual exploitation, two are members of international criminal networks.

Until 2000, when the US started tracking Americans visiting Cambodia, Thailand and the Philippines, countries infamous for their underage sexual tourism, American pedophiles discovered Puerto Vallarta, Cancun and Acapulco; three cities where they can easily blend with the US expat communities, hiding in plain-sight among other Americans that seek these destinations to improve their quality of life on their retirement income.

The most infamous case in Puerto Vallarta is that of Thomas Frank White, a 70-year multimillionaire, that established a foundation in San Pancho, donating 3.5 million USD to himself to support a shelter for homeless children. 79 minors later came forward to report that White sexually abused and filmed them. White escaped to Puerto Vallarta, after being charged with pedophilia in the States in the 90s, bought Casa Blanca and the Iguana Hotel, and was popular in the expat community.

When a warrant for his arrest was issued in Mexico, for the crimes committed against the 79 minors mentioned above, he fled to Thailand, where we was captured in 2003 and extradited to Mexico in 2005. He is still in prison on federal charges.

The assistance of the expat community in Jalisco is very valuable to capture American criminals hiding in Mexico in plain sight.

Slightly old news.

I posted some info on this in the crime section. He was identified by local bounty hunters, but went in cartel protection until his money was used up. He was in very poor health, probably dead and buried by now. The only risk is that the cartel learned that this was a lucrative business and used his connections.

Still on the top 15 most wanted list as of October 2016. He's been a fugitive for 18+ years.

When I say dead and buried - I mean no death certificate or tombstone, just buried with the garbage - where he belongs.

Nope - imagine if a newsblog took every story in English, and then transformed into a Spanish version of National Enquirer - that is Mexico News Daily. He was identified by a distinctive scar on the back of his neck. He was noticed, he knew he was noticed. He hired the cartel for protection, I don't know which one, I didn't dare ask that one. When his money was gone, he would be handed over to the bounty hunters, cartel does not want to deal with U.S. Marshalls. I think the Mexican police knew exactly where he was, heck, I even know where he was. The police were watching, waiting for a mistake, but they were unwilling to send in the gunships and risk lives. He never emerged. He was in a self made prison anyhow. He was in bad health at 66 years, now 17 years later, no hospitals for him. If he was real lucky he could get a crooked vet to look at him. The U.S. Marshalls have a policy of keeping cold cases open. There was one recent one involving a jewel thief, whose long buried body was discovered. He was on the wanted list for something like 38 years.

ps - they are not my friends, I just have a weakness for interesting people, with interesting stories. I was the one who gave them color copies of the U.S. Marshall data as per above. They have caught other people too, and got paid bounties, but they will not go against any Mexican fugitives - too dangerous.

Thomas White died in a Puerto Vallarta prison a few years ago. He went to Thailand. Mexico sent a consular official who promised him that he could live in his beautiful Garza Blanca home while the matter went through the courts. They lied to him, straight off the plane he went to prison and came out in a body bag. Ha ha!

David Creamer is the man we are talking about and he was born in 46, he is the one that is wanted now...

Back in 2005, just after this guy Thomas White was extradited back, I was volunteering in the Cruz Roja Clinic and a young white, English speaking man (late 20's/30's) came in with a male Mexican child for treatment. Resp infection or something like that, no abuse or trauma noted and probably not looked for. I had all kinds of red flags waving and talked to the guy as much as he would allow. He said he was with a missionary group and they had a home for poor Mexican children out around San Nicholas or Santa Cruz. Don't remember him being very specific. One of the things that jumped out at me was this young man was sporting facial piercings and I didn't think that fit a missionary and his story got  vaguer and vaguer when I pressed for details. As I remember he left unhappy, I think the doctor asked him a lot of questions too. He seemed to not be able to get out fast enough.

The child was treated and released and I talked to the doctora about my feelings, she was unaware of this guy Thomas White, and I don't know where it went from there - if anywhere. I was always on the lookout for that guy but never saw him again.

I am not confused, the U.S. Marshall Service said he was 66 in 2,000. The date is 1946 - one of them is wrong, but those last pictures do not look an early mid fifties man to me. The bounty hunters said he looked like the old man pictures.

Thomas White was a whole different piece of s333t. He was a successful businessman from San Francisco. Lots of pedophile problems in Puerto Vallarta. The police protect female prostitutes, give them a place to work. I doubt they tolerate underage though (which is 14 by the way). The male prostitutes have no protection, no safe place to work, and at least a few years ago, police don't care about them at all.

In 2000, the US Marshals say he was 53 years old. Go back and read it.

Jeez bob - cut me a break - in another part it says "Current Age: 66".

Since  the last I heard the New Generation Cartel were in control of Guadalajara, and they claim to speak for the hearts and minds of Mexico (like Pablo Escobar tried), I don't think they would allow an American pedophile to operate a distribution ring, no matter how much money was to be made. They likely tortured him, took his money, killed him - I hope so. That's what they do. Maybe even bragged about it.
