CRUZ ROJA DONATIONS

Much discussion followed Charlie's hit and run and our friends passing, regarding donations via check or will.  When writing a check:

"Cruz Roja Mexicana IAP".   This assures receipt by Cruz Roja Chapala.

In your will:    Cruz Roja Mexicana Delegation Chapala.

Review your will, and confirm your Notario properly designated per the above, or your intent  may be missed by your executor, as the money will probably go to Guadalajara.  

In most cases it probably doesn't matter, however, in the case of our friend, we knew his intent, and felt obligated to see that his final wishes were met.
