What the hell kind of worm is this? Anybody?

Two of these little critters showed up today in our yard.... never seen them before. Anyone know what they are? (Maybe about 4-6 inches long)

Looks like some type of caterpillar or grub. Do I see feet in the picture?

I dunno, i didn't get that close!

No direct connection however I did work in systems integration sales (Auto ID) for a number of years with such customers as EDS, etc.

It was a typo and a failed attempt at humour. I meant to spell "perro". My apologies.

Perot or perro....what was left behind, was about the same. LOL
