I had a problem setting up my Magic Jack account with IE. Switched to Fire Fox & voila, it worked. Just sayin'. Could be the same problem with Skype.

Just to say that HelperGuy setup my account and it works. I couldn't access the application page (apply for account) and I'll probably never know why. Cool

Anyone have experience with Ooma - Telo VoIP ? I've used Vonage for years but like the price on Ooma. Hardware looks very good.

I've hooked it up for a couple of customers who think it's the greatest. Only one had any problem, and that was a unit that went bad here (probably a power surge). Ooma promptly replaced it by mail with a minimal fee.

Sparks, why not call Computer guy to come and check out your problem. This may be a configuration issue. He's pretty good at that sort of problem. Try clicking on the link below
