Good heat and eat Costillas in Chapala

So, the Dispensa in Chapala is selling these cooked , ready to eat BBQ ribs ...$80.00 kilo . I bought 3 racks (isn't that what you call em?) for 90 pesos. That fed 3 people. I heated them up in the toaster oven on high heat for about 15 minutes until the sauce started to char on the end parts. They were really tender and good. Check it out, Chapala people.

It's a little grocery store on the Main Street on the right side ( coming from the light) just before you get to Flavio Romero. Almost 3 blocke from the plaza, I guess. It's next to the restaurant that cooks chicken on a grill all day long.
