Season's Merriment to All

I got over wanting to be in a crowd of people wearing funny hats, trying too hard, talking too loud and drinking too much a long time ago. So, according to a long standing family tradition, we are going to enjoy a deli feast at home, complete with lotsa shrimp cocktail, stuffed eggs, avocado, and a few other treats along with, of course, some champagne, music and staying up until either (a) the ball drops or (b) we get too sleepy, whichever occurs first.

Around here, we'll know when the witching hour hits, thanks to our Mexican neighbors. Boom. Crash. Whistle.
