Selling a car in San Antonio, Texas

I have heard that there is a place in San Antonio, Texas, where a lot of folks sell their US plated vehicles.  It may be named "Car Mart".

Can anyone share some more information with me about this?

Do you pre-arrange with someone to meet with there?  I would hate to show up only to hear that they have no market for my vehicle.  Do they give any advance price guidance for a vehicle of your make, year model, and mileage?

Any other experiences, advice or contact information would be appreciated.

I emailed the San Antonio Car Max and communicated with a salesman. He made it sound easy. I would have needed to have all the necessary documentation, of course. I paid for and received current stickers for our South Dakota plates, which was also easy. We chose to nationalize the car instead.

I would like to nationalize my car, but have been told that it is too new to qualify.
