This virus/bug has caused security problems at many sites. Most recently (for me) at the Canada Revenue Agency site.
My son works for a security software company, and today advised me that I should take steps to protect myself from this.
Having developed security systems a long time ago, I do not usually react to most threats as I have built my own procedures to prevent such attacks.
This is one that gets my attention, because, as I grow older, I tend to repeat some passwords on different sites.
Her is a link to some info on heartbleed.

I think that this is something that all internet users should be aware of and take appropriate actions.
Not only is Big Brother watching you, but his little sister is picking your pocket.  Beer
