salt n pepper schnauzer found and rescued

from four foot deep hole in La Floresta. He was discovered by 2 young people who called a Lakeside Spay & Neuter volunteer at around 9:15 PM. Gudrun was then called and they went off to rescue him. I am told this poor dog must have been down there for quite some time, he was wet, very frightened and smells of urine. He is very matted, and may have been on his own for awhile or had his grooming neglected by his owner.
