Adjust Eye Glasses Empty Adjust Eye Glasses

We have a NOB purchased set of eye glasses that need adjusting to fit better. Does anyone have an English speaking eye doctor or technician that is good at adjusting glasses? Also, is this something normally charge for or should we tip for the adjustment? Thanks as always for being a great resource.
