Problem logging in on iPad Empty Problem logging in on iPad

For about the past two weeks or so I cannot log on to IL from my iPad. I can still log on from my windows laptop. Any ideas about how to resolve this? I have entered and re-entered my user name and password on the iPad and no go. Blackeye

Try going to "Settings"; Then scroll down on left hand side until you see "Safari".  Tap on "Safari" and a menu will appear on the right hand side of the screen. Try taping on "Clear History".  Then see if you can log in.

If that does not work, go back to "Settings"; "Safari" and then tap on "Clear Cookies and Data".  

Another alternative is to do a "hard reset of the iPad by holding down both the sleep/wake button at the top right hand side and the "home" button simultaneously.  Keep holding until the Apple logo appears and then release and the iPad will restart.

Hope one of these works.

OK. Try installing a different wen browser, such as the Puffin browser and then try logging on to Inside Lakeside in the new browser.. Puffin can be downloaded for free from the App store https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/puffin-web-browser-free/id472937654?mt=8
