Good list! Pay no attention to the comment about Lula Bistro. It is some of the most beautiful food but it also tastes good. Probably if looks and taste are equally important the best restaurant in Guad. I am use to eating in Bay Area, Napa, Portland or, and Seattle. Been to Sagrantinos twice. Excellent Excellent. Hey when done with input David we will put out new list with adds like yours. How about a short description with location and hours open would help like Mona did with the original list.

Parallelo 28 is in Providencia, isn't it? I did see they were closed for remodeling but don't think they moved. Great food there!

Si, claro.  We love it.  I Latina and Lula Bistro too.

My wife and I spent New Years eve 2013/14 at Suehiro's at the sushi bar. Cutters were 2 Mexican nationals and a Turk. Awesome. The only place we could find on that day in Guad . We hadn't planned ahead but they accommodated us with a "be out by 9" caveat. The sushi/sashimi is a wonder - they cut so large you are quickly satisfied. We would definitely go back. Great, attractive place.

Suehiro has the only authentic sushi in Guadalajara.  I love it!  Owned by the same Japanese family for over 40 years.
