I saw a thread recently concerning the dollar amount of personal belongings that could be brought into Mexico if arriving by vehicle. Could someone refresh my memory on that dollar amount please?

There is no limit on personal belongings so long as the amount is consistent with the proposed length of stay and so long as the quantity of any individual items does not suggest resale.

No. Its considered part of the temporary import of the tow vehicle and must leave with it.
