rental wanted

We (retired couple) are looking for a two month rental (February & March 2015) and possibly three (January). Non-smokers and no pets.

Required: Wifi, washer & dryer, tv service (prefer Canadian or US)

Preferred: off-street parking, pressurized and purified water system, able to flush toilet paper!! Mirador and or garden. Patio.

One or two bedrooms, fully furnished and full kitchen with associated equipement and utensils, bedding, towels, etc, etc

Prefer Ajijic or close by......not Chapala, San Juan Cosala or Jocotopec.

Price range: negotiable
