Phone repair- won't charge Empty Phone repair- won't charge

It is a brand new phone but will not charge. I have tried a number of chargers- and they work on my other phone, so that is not the issue. It did charge at one time, so I believe there is a loose connection of some sort. It is not under warranty so I need to find someone who can fix it or it is just nice paper weight.

Thanks for any help you can lend me..

Sometimes there is a plastic cover over the terminals to prevent discharge prior to use so check that. Across from the bus station in Chapala are cell repair folks.
