Shooting at park

News sources and town crier reporting two killed and maybe more injured at Cristiania Park at cock fights within past 24 hours.

Must be some rough damn chickens!

There is a violent mindset among owners of Pits and Cocks fighting for amusement and gambling.

We are talking about fighting cocks...they say animals resemble their owners... I am sure drinking ad nothing to do with it either..

Two, maybe 3 now, dead, 4 gravely wounded, 2:30 AM, Chapala cock fights.

A forensic vehicle passed us a few hours ago coming into Chapala from Guadalajara with their lights flashing. Explains it.

I went to a cockfight in Las Varas once where they were betting 100,000 pesos on some of the fights.

I went to a cockfight in Las Varas once where they were betting 100,000 pesos on some of the fights.
Mucho dinero,mucho vino and muchos machos,buena combinacion...

I've been to the Chapala palenque. Yeah...it does attract a tough crowd. The night I was there, the birds really didn't want to fight. They kept rolling over with their feet stuck up in the air, playing dead like a bunch of cartoon characters.

Three dead fighting cock owners sounds like a good start.
