Geesh.......I just noticed that we here at Inside Lakeside had our 5th birthday on April 4.

Well, congrats to everyone who created and nurtured this great resource for us at lakeside. I truly enjoy the topics and most of the discussion that this board creates, much better then the random censorship found on TOB. Thanks to you all.

Wow, time does fly. And looking at the stats we're moving in on 150,000 posts!

Congrats from NoB, where we check in every day.

Seems like yesterday and I appreciate C.B. mellowness for all this time.

congrats. a question-how did you manage to scoop gnarley's url to create this from that rather seamlessly. my alleged tech savvy cohort at the time, the infamous cheenadingo couldn't do it because gnarly wiped the slate clean rather quickly. the dingo and i were his mods but had no admin access.

Well "alleged tech savy" should just about sum it up. All forums have a self destruct button. One push and the entire thing disappears and the domain name is up for grabs.

BTW......we haven't used "gnarleys domain" (which was actually just a BigForum assigned URL) for about 4 years. I purchased www.insidelakeside.com and switched everything over.

I don't post here much, but I greatly enjoy reading all of the posts in several of the groups or whatever they are called, you know Out on the Mirador, Tech Talk, Crime Reports, and the Octagon, of course.

Thank you all very much for your very informative and sometimes terribly funny posts. Happy 5th anniversary.

Congrats, every two days or so I check on your forum to keep up on events in your area while I look out my window and the snow still on the ground. Can't wait to grow snowbird wings and come back this October. Delmar
