If you are talking about the header on this site, it is an old photo of the Chapala plaza, before the recent renovations; it is not Ajijic.

We're trying to discourage Gringos from coming

Actually it looks MUCH happier with the balloons and vendors and people than it does now with nothing but pretty plants.

The photo is just dark, wrong time of day, back lit, bla bla bla.

What happened to those photo submissions for the banners on InsideLakeside? There were some nice ones. (Please don't tell me the "professional photographers" gave you grief or started asking for compensation after they were used?)

I'm happy to send some for free if The Administration wants to bother with it. I confess I don't have a ton of high-res landscape format, as far as I know, but I have some pretty pictures.
