how did we get our fm3 in calgary over 9 years ago if the consulate has only been there 7-SNORK!

Larry Schneider ( Regina ex-mayor ) has been operating an outpost consular service for years... he processed my FM3 papers thru Vancouver Consulate easy peezy.... only issue was my reluctance to UPS my Passport.

NEWS doesn't surprise me though... what with Regina's booming economic pace... I hear we're gett'n a new WalMart Beer
