Direct NONSTOP flight from Guadalajara to West Coast?

I am bringing a dog from Lakeside to Canada this fall, poor guy is too big for the cabin, will have to go cargo, so need a nonstop flight, as short as possible, from Guad to somewhere within a couple of hours drive from Vancouver, BC. Could be in Washington or Oregon. Need a DIRECT, NONSTOP flight only. Not having much luck with various search engines, all seem to have at least one stop. Would be early November. Thanks!

Am from Seattle. The closest you will get in San Jose, Calif. for a nonstop from Guadalajara. You may want to check from PV. I be.ieve there is a nonstop to Seattle on AS. You can get a driver to take you there.

Volaris has a direct flight from Guadalajara to Portland, Oregon. They charge a little extra for pets.

Portland is a lot closer to Vancouver than San Jose, CA! For Volaris you must go to their website, the discount sites don't have their flights.

I think Volaris is the one, I had heard an airline flew direct out of Portland but no sign of them in a search. Thank you. Now rescue dog can come to his new home!

Volaris IS the one, the only one that has a direct flight. It's a red-eye, leaves at 11:30 or so and arrives at zero dark thirty!

You're correct. I said the same thing for the PDX-GDL flight.

Westjet used to fly Vancouver- PV direct and even Kelowna to PV direct in high season- but no more. Just checked their website and even flying just before Christmas all flights route thru either Calgary or Edmonton- no thanks! Will drive down to Portland and fly out of there. Airport transfers are especially rough (ruff?) on pets, and when most likelihood of something bad happening, like kennels busting open (happens a LOT more than the public is aware), and escaped animals are often dead animals. Not taking any chances, will drive part way. Thanks to all.

Non-stop flights make no stops. It does not visit another city, and simply takes you from your origin to your destination in one flight. You literally make 'no stops.'

Direct flights are different. Like a non-stop flight that will travel from your origin to your destination, there may be a stop in between in which other passengers may leave and others board. Most all direct flights, unless otherwise specified, do not have you leaving the plane until you reach your destination.

Even though some do require a plane change (usually noted) it is called a direct flight because all of the flights involved share a flight number. It is like a bus that starts in one city but makes stops along the way to pick up other passengers even though your stop is in another city. Even though it is not common to have more than one stop, some direct flights will have two or more so be sure you are aware of the stops before you book.
