Best to ask the taxi driver. I'd guess $35 Pesos.

Depends on the driver sometimes (and what kind of mood they're in), but I know that from Walmart to El Dorado, which is less distance, costs 50 pesos minimum. I think that they will charge you either 60 or 70 pesos to go from El Torito to Adelita's.
