Looking for Guide to do a day trip to Guad Historical and other sites

We are staying in Ajijic the next until the end of the month and are looking for a guide to take us into and give us a tour of Guadalajara, particularly the historical, artistic and architectural sites. We are less interested in shopping but food is fun.

Any recommendations.

Charter Club Tours has an excellent tour of Guadalajara, with a good guide. We have taken visiting friends and relatives on the tour and they were very pleased. Located in the Plaza Montana on the Carreterra, mountain side, middle of Ajijic. In the phone book.

Had a wonderful time with him. Visited a lot of interesting places and got a lot of good insights. I would recommend him to anyone who would like to take a tour of Guadalajara, Tlacapaque ect.
