Car insurance redux

I have done the search here for insurance for a Mexican plated car and am considering either Lewis and Lewis or Bellon.
Is anyone willing to share current experiences or thoughts about these OR any other recommendations? Please.....

Isn't L and L only for foreign plated cars?

O&A Seguros.... in the lower level of Centro Laguna Mall - across from WalMart and immediately east of Black Coffee.

They have a phone number with ENGLISH speaking operators to call if you have an accident.

There rates aare very competitive.

I have used Bellon for car and medical insurance. Have never had a car claim but have had multiple medical claims and they have always been there for me 24/7. Bellon advises that you call them first in the event of an accident and they will get the adjustor to you and take care of the leg work.

At the beginning of this year I ordered car insurance from Lewis and Lewis several days before my trip here. I did not receive my documents until I returned to the states and found them in my mail. I e-mailed and called several times before I left but I got no answer from. On previous occasions they had e-mailed me a PDF copy right away but this time they did not respond. They only sent me a verification number which was pretty useless to me.
