Android classes at LCS Empty Android classes at LCS

LCS will be offering classes in the use of Android cell phones and tablets.  These will be of interest to anyone who has a smart phone or tablet that is not an iPhone, a Blackberry or a Windows phone. The session consists of 2 classes – the first on Thursday March 31 at 10:00 a.m. and the second on Tuesday, April 7.  Both will be held in La Sala.  You must have an Android device to attend and be an LCS member.  There is no charge.

Only people who are registered will be allowed to attend.  To register send an email to

lcsandroidclasses2016@outlook.com

with your LCS membership number.

Topics will include an overview of Android, setting up email, downloading apps, using widgets, using cell phone as a GPS, managing apps and data, photos and photo editing apps.

The classes will be run by Keith and Mike. Keith teaches the LCS iPad classes and also is the co-facilitator (along with Mike) of the All-Things-Tech discussion group held at LCS on Friday mornings.
