Posting for a friends about their house that is coming available for rent as of June 1st.
Last year I posted this house and it was snatched up quickly, but the renters have found a house to purchase so it's coming back on the rental market.
It's a great little house with 3 BR, 2 Baths, nice open living room, dining room and kitchen, has a walled-in yard with nice patio (great for pets) lots of closet space in Master BR, and gated / off-street parking.
