Sometimes if I go to other places and come back to it...I can get in.  The blue scroll bar just won't go down that far.  What's up with that? Can't get to my inbox 968748

Known bug.  Move the mouse to off the pull down menu and move the content up or down and go back and you will see it will highlight now.  All browsers do this. Proabably a bug in the code for the website.
