Hound dog?

Is he still posting? I always enjoyed reading his posts. He was at Expat Forum but he is not there anymore.

He has not been feeling well. His wife posts here, perhaps she'll respond to you.
He is a great poster, I miss his posts too.

He is not posting anwhere. He had serious health problems and is ok now but he moved on and is not posting anywhere.

Speaking of disappearances, what about Viajero?

Yes! What about Viajero??? Nobody knows him?

Why would he go back to the States? I wish he'd at least update us.

No split , he got busy with other things. I will see the moderator from Expatforum this coming way on my way to Peru, she is a friend and there has been no Split he got bored with the whole fórum thing..maybe he will be back if I go for a long time and maybe not. His health is fine now... he has problems like all of us over 70 but he is fine.

I like Viajero.. and I miss him too... only people with no sense of humor were insulted..

Remember "sticks and stones"......words are only insulting if you want them to be. I LOVED his sense of humor!!!

I did too (Viajero).

Evidently Viajero had a sense of humor, but unlike Bubba/Hound Dog who also has a sense of humour.

Mostly just to you because he remembered all your posts as "sundown", "old and feliz", and any other board names you used, that had some very controversial statements.

lol Yeah. That's the way I remember it too. . . I've always been leery of people who changed their board names frequently too.

I have to post to say that "Bubba" a/k/a "Hound Dog" was influential in convincing me that I would be happy in the Chapala area. His posts used to crack me up--I remember going online at our B&B on our first visit so I could read Bubba's latest, cracking up, and having the humorless B&B owner inquire what I was chortling about. I was honored to meet him when I moved down, and totally impressed with both him and his wife, who was kind enough to take me on a tour to her favorite Joco meat market. Good memories!
