Oil leak mechanic needed

Had my oil changed and service fellow told me I have a small engine oil leak, possibly head gasket. In watching the ground last couple of days where I park there is a quarter sized oil drop most days now. Suggestions of where to go for repairs? Preference would be with some English and ideally in West Ajijic but will go anywhere locally. Thanks

There is, or was, a mechanic in west Ajijic somewhere by the Japanese Nursery, that people liked. I know nothing more.

What you need is an honest mechanic who is a good diagnostician. I recommend Felipe who is located right next door to Telecable in Riberas. Also Roberto and family at Hernandez Llantera but I don't think this would fall under their mechanical services. Francisco and his sons do good work as well and are honest, they are across from Clinica Maskaras in Riberas. All speak English.

Felipe speaks fluent English, is a good diagnostician, nice person, very reasonable prices, and is honest. He fixed several oil leaks in my "new" Mexican car. There is also a shop located very close to Juniors auto body in Riberas. This is on the caraterra (mountainside) just east of Orma Auto and the Ironhorse. A friend just used them for a brake job. When he went to pick up the vehicle he was charged far less than the quote. The mechanic said it didn't cost as much as expected. Never seen that before.....

Wouldn't that be Francisco and sons that trailrunner mentioned. If so, good people.
