Aljibe dry what to do?

We are in lower LaFloresta and our aljibe and tinaco are dry. When does LaFloresta release wate? And, now what do we need to do? Thanks

Clean them when empty then call a water truck (pipa de agua)

Is there water available from the street? You may have some outside faucets that are direct; give them a try. If there is water at any faucet, or your neighbors can confirm that there is water available, you may need to check the float valve in your aljibe. They can get stuck in the OFF position, causing you to run out of water. All hardware stores have them, and they are easy to replace.

There is no water in the hose that looks like it may run in from the street. We put water in the pool yesterday then noticed the aljibe dry and thought that water would come in over night. No luck with that.
